2013 - 2014 Registration Information

 

Application

 

A new student wishing to apply for the following school year should complete the application at https://secure.tads.com/Go/StartAdmissionsApplication.aspx?SetupCode=5NU4Y9FCA7-7MNX

 

The following information is required to complete the application process:

• Completed application form through TADS.com
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of baptismal certificate, if Catholic
• Teacher recommendation form for grades 1-8
• Student report cards for current year and previous two years for grades 1 through 8
• Copy of any psycho-educational evaluations, if applicable
• Non-refundable $50.00 application fee for grades 1-8, $75.00 for Kindergarten
• For Kindergarten:  Recommendation from preschool, if child attends preschool

Those families that are new to the St. Bernadette Community and wish to apply for Financial Aid through the Archdiocese of Washington they should go to www.tads.com to apply by February 18, 2013.  New and current families who would like to apply through for parish financial aid have until March 22, 2013 to apply.  The application is also through www.tads.com.

• 2/21 - 2/22 - Kindergarten Assessments
• 3/18/13 - Assessments for grades 1 - 8
• 3/22/13 - Parish Tuition Assistance Deadline
• 4/18/13 - Registration Deadline
• 5/1/13 - Enrollment Deadline
