Fundraising is an important part of helping provide the resources to support the students and educators at St. Bernadette School. The generous giving of time talent and treasure by our whole community has helped make great successes of fundraisers such as the Sally Foster Gift Wrap sale, the Fall Online Auction, Basket Bingo, and many more.
There are several ways you can help St. Bernadette meet its financial goals to keep our tuition manageable while going about your daily routine. Please remember to share the information on these programs with your friends and family, so they can participate and help support St. Bernadette. NEW! SCRIP PROGRAM
We've already made over $400 for St B's in just our second week in the program. Thanks to all who purchased SCRIP. Look for the weekly order form in this week's Thursday Folder, vendors are being added all the time. This week's newest SCRIP vendor is Jiffy Lube - 6% donation to the school. If you can't locate your weekly order form, go to the school's website, www.st-bernadetteelem.com and print it from there. Also, feel free to check out the website for SCRIP, www.glscrip.com. We don't have all of the vendors on our order form so if you don't see one you'd like, check out their website to see if it is available and let us know to put it on our order form. Be sure to get the orders in by 8 AM on Monday morning to get your SCRIP cards the same week. Orders coming in Monday should go directly in the SCRIP basket at the office, rather than into the classroom. Orders received after 8 AM Monday will be available the following week. All distribution for SCRIPS, except for EDP families, will be in the Monsignor Stricker Room. EDP families can pick up their SCRIP at EDP on Thursday and Friday afternoons. Distribution times for SCRIP in the MSR room are as follows:
Thursday 2:50 - 3:50
Friday 7:50 - 8:15 AM
Friday 2:50 - 3:50 and 12 - 12:30 on half days
We still need committee members to help with distribution and processing. If you are looking for a way to fulfill your fundraising requirement, join our committee!!
