Fundraising is an important part of helping provide the resources to support the students and educators at St. Bernadette School. The generous giving of time, talent, and treasure by our whole community has helped make great successes of fundraisers such as the Scrip Program, the Annual Gala/Auction, and many more.
There are several ways you can help St. Bernadette School meet its financial goals to keep our tuition manageable while going about your daily routine. The 2012 - 2013 Annual Fund will finance a Science Lab Renovation with a goal of raising $45,000.
IMPORTANT SCRIP PROGRAM INFORMATION:
All families are asked to either commit to purchasing $3,500 in SCRIP cards for the 2012-13 school year or choosing the $500.00 buy out option. In order to buy out of the program, please send payment to the Finance Office; payment of this option is due no later than October 1, 2012.
To utilize the Scrip Program online, you must set up a Family Account on www.shopwithscrip.com and set up a PrestoPay account. Step-by-step instructions for setting up both your Family Account and PrestoPay are listed below.
Remember: All orders must be paid with Presto Pay on shopwithscrip.com. Check orders will NOT be accepted without prior approval from Mrs. Wood, Principal. If an order has been placed with the check option it will be deleted and the order will not be filled.
The weekly Scrip ordering deadline is Thursdays at Midnight. The Scrip team releases the orders on Friday mornings at 8am. Any orders placed on a Friday will not be processed until the following Friday (in one week). After the orders have been released by the team on Friday mornings, they are ready for you to pick up the following week.
SCRIP PICK UP TIMES:
1. Scrip Team Distribution in the Monsignor Sticker Room (MSR) on the following days/time:
2. Scrip cards may be picked up in the school office between 9am – 2pm Monday through Friday.
3. If school hours are not convenient due to work schedules, you may use EDP as your designated SCRIP distrubution. Family Registration Profile must read "EDP DISTRIBUTION" on the Teacher line of account information. SCRIP cards can be picked up from EDP Tuesdays - Fridays between 5pm - 6pm.
