Fundraising is an important part of helping provide the resources to support the students and educators at St. Bernadette School. The generous giving of time talent and treasure by our whole community has helped make great successes of fundraisers such as the Sally Foster Gift Wrap sale, the Fall Online Auction, Basket Bingo, and many more.
There are several ways you can help St. Bernadette meet its financial goals to keep our tuition manageable while going about your daily routine. Please remember to share the information on these programs with your friends and family, so they can participate and help support St. Bernadette. IMPORTANT SCRIP PROCEDURE:
All families are asked to either commit to purchasing SCRIP for the 2009-10 school year or choosing the $500.00 buy out option. In order to buy out of the program please send payment to the Finance Office. Buy outs are to be paid by September 1st.
All orders must be paid with Presto Pay on shopwithscrip.com after October 2nd. No checks will be accepted without prior approval. If an order has been processed with the check option after October 2nd it will be deleted and the order will not be filled.
When placing an order online please remember that we release the orders on Friday mornings at 8am. So if you place an order on a Thursday it will be processed the next morning. All orders placed on a Friday will not be processed until the following Friday (in one week). After the orders have been released to processing on Friday mornings they are ready for pick up as early as the following Thursday afternoon.
SCRIP PICK UP TIMES IN MSR:
Thursday 2:50-3:30pm
Friday 7:50-8:15am
Friday 2:50-3:30pm (11:50-12:30pm on half days)
Monday 2:50-3:30pm (this pick up time is for people who missed pick up times for the previous week, for orders that were released to processing 10 days prior).

Instructions for Registering with ShopWithScrip.com
- go to www.shopwithscrip.com
- click on register
- fill out info as prompted, make up your own user name and password
- the enrollment code is 967L43B217935
- the rest of the prompts are self explanatory
You will then need to set up your presto-pay account
On the same website, click on my account
Follow the prompts to set up your presto-pay account by inserting your checking routing number
It will take 2 - 3 days for your presto-pay account to be activated. GLScrip will enter two small deposit amounts into your checking account and you will then need to go back into presto-pay to verify the amounts. Once the account is verified, you will be sent an enrollment code. Please email the enrollment code to Alison McLaughlin at abmclaughlin@starpower.net. She will then activate your account and let you know that you are all set to shop on shopwithscrip.com.
